Marymoor Park
The park's many habitats, such as riparian, marsh, forest and meadow, attract more than 150 species of birds.
Notes: Eastside Audubon (previously known as East Lake Washington Audbon) has signed a contract with King County to become stewards of the Audubon Birdloop at Marymoor Park. We have been given a grant to “adopt” the interpretive trail at the park. We are excited about this opportunity as wildlife and natural areas are so often ignored as Parks Departments are focused on generating revenue. This area is already a well known birding area and we are excited to remove invasive plants restore the trails and add interpretive materials.
Getting There: The parks address is 6046 West Lake Sammamish Parkway Northeast. You can get there From I-5 or I-405, take State Route 520 east to the West Lake Sammamish Parkway exit.
