We will search for wintering waterfowl and other birds in the park. Dress for the weather and bring binoculars or scope.
To reach the park, From I-90, take the 148th Avenue S.E.exit (BCC exit, No. 11B) north. Turn right on S.E. 16th Street. Turn right on 156th Avenue S.E. and turn left into the Phantom Lake parking lot.
