Photograph bald eagles along the Upper Skagit River as they feed on spawning chum salmon. After lunch, photograph more eagles along the Skagit. 

Meet 6:00 AM at the Kirkland P&R, 70th St exit and I-405, on east side of 405 and south of 70th. 

 

Bring lots of warm clothes, beverages, and snacks.
Snow tires recommended.  Bring chains if you have them.
