Grant Fund for Science Teachers

Len Steiner, one of our founding members, has been a long-time member of Eastside Audubon and served on the Board of Directors for many years.

In 2008 the Board of Directors set up the Len Steiner Grant Fund to honor Len for all his hard work, and committed to contribute up to $500 each year in support of this fund.

This grant money is available, in increments of $150 grants, to Eastside elementary and secondary teachers for environmental projects in their classroom.
