Office Staff Coordinator

Schedule volunteers to staff the office.

Our office is staffed by volunteers on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. We have dedicated volunteers who work in the office on a regular basis, but some days are “Open” with no regular volunteer to cover.

You would be expected to:

  • Learn the basics of staffing the office;
  • Call volunteers and fill in the empty time slots;
  • Send a monthly e-mail reminding volunteers of their commitment;
  • Update the online staff calendar;
  • Train new volunteers on the basics of staffing the office.
