Join Eastside Audubon and Kenmore Camera for Birding Equipment Big Day

Eastside Audubon and Kenmore Camera are hosting an Equipment Big Day at Kenmore Camera. This event will allow participants to tests out equipment such as binoculars and spotting scopes. Vendor reps will be on hand to answer questions. In addition to equipment, the event will also include a photo walk field trip to Juanita Bay Park, presentations, and a “what is in your bag” gear panel. Several local birding, photography, and environmental organizations will have informational booths.

Accessibility
Mostly flat grass/pavement/boardwalk. Boardwalk and paved pathway are ADA accessible, but the grass field is not leveled or paved.

This is a free event and registration is not required!

The restrooms are closed during the Winter, but there are normally portables during the Winter. The restrooms usually open shortly after the gates are opened, but not guaranteed so plan accordingly.


Presentation Registration

Registration to attend presentations will be hosted on Kenmore Camera’s website via Eventbrite registration. A direct link will be posted when registration is live.

Kenmore Camera store opens.

All presentations will occur in the Kenmore Camera store classrooms.
